Complaint Form
If you have concerns or complaints regarding the project, including the consultation of the community, you have the right to complain. All complaints are handled by the project management group in confidentiality and within 60 working days. You will be notified about the result of your complaint.

Once a complaint has been received through the formula below, you will receive a confirmation email.

Anonymity
Please note that you can stay anonymous by simply not filling in your name and contacts in the below formula. All anonymous forms will be treated with the same procedure as described above. Please note that all complaints will be archived as a part of the project requirements, however with respect to anonymity.

Our staff will then either assist you with drafting and sending the report, or coordinate with relevant project staff who will then assist with drafting and sending the report.
